Delivery Disclaimer- All hired goods will be delivered on the date booked with us, or on occasions where authorised will be delivered and dressed day/s before.
 
Cancellation Policy Disclaimer – there is a 14 day statutory time frame to cancel your booking from date you actually booked. If for any reason you need to cancel within this time, please let us know immediately in writing and we will refund your booking fee back to you.
 
Privacy Policy Disclaimer– this is confirmation that we do not you
intend to store or currently store financial details (credit or debit card
numbers). Your Privacy is of the utmost important to us.
 
 
PLEASE NOTE......
 
Chair cover hire services require Non- Refundable deposit of £50 to secure the covers/date, of which the full £50 is NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel for any reason you will lose this deposit.....
 
If any hired items are lost/missing or irrepairable a charge of £10.00 per cover/ £5.00 per sash will be invoiced to you and deducted if applicable. 
*It will be your responsability to speak to your venue organisers to look for any losses. The hire of the Chair Covers & Sash are your responsbility only, not your venues.
 
Final chair cover hire balance will be due one month prior to dressing.
We DO NOT issue a refund after full payment is made.
 
If you have booked your chair cover & sash hire with us, this price will not change even if our prices reduce or go higher...
The price you were quoted at that time is non-negotiable...
 
Our Covers DO NOT Fit Any Chairs That Have Arms....
 
 
PLEASE NOTE.....
Your chair cover hire is  only booked in on receipt of your deposit, we do not provisionally hold dates for clients any longer.
 
We only dress venue ONCE on date hired, we DO NOT  RE-DRESS any venues (take off chairs covers to refit on other chairs in different room).
 
 
Terms & Conditions
1. All items remain the property of Timeless Chair Covers.
2. A £50 deposit is required to hold and secure the booking, this is non-refundable
3. Final no's of hirer goods need to be confirmed 1 week before the event date. Although
    we do appreciate that it is hard to predict exact no's at this time we will contact you a
   week before for final head count
4. During the period of hire, the hirer will be soley responsible for all the hired
    goods.From the acceptance of the goods to the return of the goods to the owner

5 .Damage and/or loss of the goods will be charged at there full replacement value.
    Please see no.8
6. The current replacement value of the goods are as follows: Polyester & Spandex
    covers £10.00 per cover. All sashes are £5.00 per sash
7. The owner shall not be responsible for any injury or damage caused to the hirer, or
     any other third parties or property injuries that occur whilst using the goods under
     hire.
8. All quoted prices are for one day of hire. Except for delivery and collection times
9. Goods must be avaliable for collection and the delivery address if you have hired
      under the DIY option. Unless other wise arranged in writing prior to the event. All
     aborted deliverys will be charged
10. If using the DIY service, the hirer can arrange their own courier to collect
     the hired goods the day before the event and have them delivered back the day after
     the event. All arrangements must begiven in writing to Timeless Chair Covers        
      2 weeks before the event. If the goods arrive late to the hirer then Timeless Chair
      Covers is not responsible. If they arrive late back to Timeless Chair Covers then a
      daily hire charge of £1.99per cover will apply to the hirer. The chair covers must be
     packaged away in the box they came in and & labeled with the return address. The
      hirer is solely responsible for this.
11. When the goods are delivered to the hirer, they must be checked over & deemed
      hireable & a form is to be signed to acknowledge this.The items will only be dropped
     off to thehirers name or confimed representative
12. If the event is cancelled 4 weeks prior to the booking date then a charge of 100% of
      the quoted price is payable
13.All outstanding monies are due one month prior to the booked date. Without this we
     will see this as a cancellation and you will be billed for the total event cost.
14. We understand the covers will come back to us dirty, and allow for certain things
      which includes light food and drink marks & light foot scuffs.
      But on a more serious note; Rips or tears of any kind, candle wax, cigarette burns
      or burns of any kind, drawing of any kind, foot marks and finally chair cover or sash
      missing we class these as irriversable and the hirer will be charged for these items
     at the cost listed above in section 6.
This agreement will be sent to you for you to sign and return if you choose to hire our services.
